Alice Tan Bonin

A pharmacist by training, with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master's degree in Public Health and Healthcare Management, I built my career in the pharmaceutical industry through Medical Affairs — with genuine passion.

After 18 years of rich scientific, human and cultural experience, leading projects of various scales and building strong relationships at every step, I decided to add a new dimension to my path by training as a coach at the École du Coaching Inclusif in 2025–2026. At the heart of this choice lies a deep belief: every human being has the capacity to flourish, provided they are given the right conditions to grow.

A lifelong learner and endlessly curious, I feel that the journey is only beginning. I am now exploring the field of Narrative Practices, giving full expression to my enduring passion for words, stories, and the many narratives carried by each human being. I hold the intimate conviction that this new chapter will be written with both my rational and literary minds — and with my heart. My ambition is simple: to contribute, in my own way, to a world that remains as deeply human as possible.

My conviction

What drives me deeply

The world we live in tends to value doing and having at the expense of being. In business, as in life, we learn early on to adapt, to push ourselves, to move forward, to perform — often without taking the time to pause and ask whether we are still on the right path. Over time, that path can become less and less intentional. Quietly, almost imperceptibly, things begin to blur.

Whether through Medical Affairs consulting or individual coaching, my work is guided by the same compass: helping people and organisations find their bearings again — and take back the pen of their own singular story.

My method is simple, and has been refined over years of navigating highly diverse worlds: explore with curiosity, understand the dissonances, and work through complexity until the essential point of convergence emerges — so that a clearer, more coherent and more harmonious direction can be found.

What brings me alive

Beyond the professional world

Rooted in multiculturality and shaped by journeys through worlds that rarely meet, I am drawn to visible and invisible borders — and to those who do not always feel fully "in the right place."

I am passionate about 20th century French literature, wine, gastronomy and art. I am also a musician.

Music has profoundly shaped the way I inhabit the world. I practiced my scales with discipline, precision and high standards. It also taught me how to take part in life's melody with my own notes and sensitivity: listening to the music of others, respecting silences, supporting another person's inspiration, accepting false notes, adapting to changes in rhythm — and still playing, always playing, so that the music can resonate, enriched by each person's contribution. And sometimes, it means daring to step away from the score — to improvise, day after day. In other words: to live.

To think like a scientist. To resonate like a musician. To inhabit the world as a humanist. To move through encounters, attuned to words in all their dimensions: what is said, what remains unsaid, how it is said, and the hidden or implied meanings that often matter most.

My journey

A foundation shaped by rigour

2007

PharmD & Master in Public Health

Initial training in Pharmacy at Paris Descartes University, including one year of study at the University of Montreal. In parallel, I completed a Master's degree in Public Health and Healthcare Management, with a specialisation in Clinical Pharmacology, as well as the Postgraduate Inter-University Diploma in Clinical Research — FIEC.

2007 — 2015

Pharmaceutical companies — MSL, Medical Advisor, Global Medical Expert

Eli Lilly, Boehringer Ingelheim, Basilea — diverse and demanding environments. Innovative product launches, medical strategy, KOL engagement and scientific communication.

2015 — 2021

Six years in Germany — expatriation as a school of life

An expatriation experience that confronted me with the loss of familiar reference points, the reinvention of self, and the rebuilding of both professional and personal identity in a new context. Professionally, this period brought roles of increasing responsibility within international organisations, including Eli Lilly and Merz Therapeutics.

2021 — 2025

Return to France — Country Medical Lead

A new MedTech adventure as Country Medical Lead at Insulet Corporation, recognised by Forbes as one of the most innovative companies, for the launch of Omnipod 5 — the first tubeless automated insulin delivery system, a major innovation in type 1 diabetes management. This role involved building and structuring Medical Affairs from the ground up, launching and developing the strategic medical presence of the company in the French market. The passion of building something from scratch.

2025 — 2026

Certified Coach

Coach certification at the École du Coaching Inclusif, through a Qualiopi-certified programme aligned with ICF requirements. This training focuses on supporting complexity and atypical profiles with openness and humility — without ever imposing a standard mould. In parallel, I am pursuing in-depth exploration of Narrative Practices, including advanced training in the Tree of Life approach with Dina Scherrer in 2026, and Integrating the Narrative Approach into Coaching Practice with Plume Académie and Pierre Blanc-Sahnoun.

2026

Founding of EurêkaP

The creation of EurêkaP marks the culmination of a path built at the crossroads of scientific rigour, human experience and the conviction that every person deserves a space in which to write their own story.
