These transfers outside the EU are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Retention periods: contact data — 3 years from the last interaction; contractual and accounting data — applicable statutory periods (10 years for accounting records).
